Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to have a website to be able to resell your products?

1. Technically, yes, you will need some form of digital media (website, blog, social networking, etc.) to embed the ad links, in order to generate income.

2. What is the minimum payment threshold?

2. The minimum payment threshold is $100.00 USD and payments are sent out every month. If your commission does not equal the minimum threshold amount, the balance will keep carrying over to the next month until the threshold is reached.

3. What is the commission rate?

3. As of 02/10/2010, our commission rate is 10%. Sometimes we will send out newsletters with ad links that can earn you up to 25% of the sale. Make sure to sign up for the Affiliate Newsletter to receive these specials.

4. How do you pay commissions?

4. We currently offer three different methods to collect your commissions, Direct Deposit, Paypal, and Check. When you sign up for the Affiliate Service, you will be promted to fill out all the necessary information to get the ball rolling.

5. Is a click a sale?

5. A click-through on your ad does not represent a sale. Your commission gets added to your account when the customer successfully checks out and the 7 day grace period clears.

6. What is the 7 day grace period?

6. The 7 day grace period is 7 days from when the order is shipped. This is to allow the customer to accept the merchandise and constitute a Closed Sale. Commissions are added after this 7 day grace period clears.

7. What is the difference between an Open and Closed Sale?

7. An Open Sale is a pending sale. A Closed Sale is a sale that has completed the transaction, been shipped, and the customer accepts the merchandise without issuing areturn for any reason.

8. Do I get paid for sales the customer returns?

8. No. If a customer decides to return the merchandise, all commissions for that sale will be revoked. After the 7 day grace period expires, the customer has to accept the merchandise, and commissions will be paid.
